Our Approach to Senior Photos:
We do not have makeup artists on staff and will not retouch you until you’re unrecognizable (don’t fret about zits, we get them too, that will be retouched!). Our belief is that you’re pretty great as you are and don’t feel the need to make you look like a 30 something centerfold.
We want to have fun too – and will suggest and humor any zany suggestions you might have. However, unlike other area photographers, we’re pretty down to earth and believe you can get great senior pictures locally (no need to fly to NYC or Australia) at a great price and all while having FUN!

BTHSW & BTHSE seniors:
I get a bizillion and three phone calls as school and yearbook submission deadline nears from panicked parents and seniors needing a last minute photography session yesterday! Unfortunately I cannot accommodate everyone and will be sticking to the studio deadline for senior sessions this year – no exceptions.
For last minute sessions you may want to try contacting one of the larger studios on your approved yearbook photographer list.
Make sure to book your session in advance and don’t miss out – because I LOVE seniors and you’d love me.
No confusing packages, hidden charges or limitations. These are YOUR senior portraits – get exactly what you need. Session fee includes print credit, yearbook file and/or submission, retouching and outfit changes are included, no hidden fees. For sessions in the Belleville, IL area.
Individual portrait pricing starts at $20.00, packages start at $350.00.
Your choice of studio or on-location (outdoor). Expect your session to last 60-90 minutes, depending on how many outfits and what you’d like to accomplish.
Ordering is ala carte – no packages, nothing you don’t need.
I will not make you lean on a wagon wheel (unless you like wagon wheels) and you can change your clothes as much as you’d like. You’ll have fun too, really!
My senior portraits will reflect YOU, not some cheesy or rushed generic vision.
Your senior pictures are as important to me as they are to you – not only do I enjoy photography – I truly enjoy the process of getting to know you as we work together. For that reason I will not schedule back to back photography sessions and rush you out the door – relax, have fun and enjoy!
Because I specialize in custom photography I recommend booking your senior pictures well in advance, as Dinan Photo books months out! It’s extremely unlikely you will be able to book last minute – so plan ahead if you want the best photographer in Belleville! 
All sessions include retouching at absolutely no additional charge, don’t sweat the small stuff – you’ll look your very best!
Seniors pictures are usually taken on-location in the Belleville, IL area. There are a wide range of possibilities, including in-home photography sessions.
Availability for travel will depend on whether you’ve booked your photography session in advance; this may not always be an option depending on studio volume.
I particularly love downtown Belleville and The Shrine for senior pictures, both offer a vast array of scenery to work with.
My most popular time of year for seniors pictures is the fall/holiday season, so be sure to reserve your spot early!
My sessions are easy – no tricky pricing, no time or outfit limitations and online galleries for ordering low pressure style and for sharing.
I see lots of seniors for portraits – included in our gallery are graduates from all local schools, including BTHS West and East, Mascoutah, Althoff, Governor French, O’Fallon & Wesclin seniors.
That’s why I differ from other photographers – I’m up to the challenge, no time constraints on your portrait session, a sense of humor, patience and the ability to roll -I’m able to fully capture and celebrate your personality. No matter how off the wall you may be (I am too!)!
